My wife and I had been looking for homes for a few months on our own, not finding much of interest. Then, one day we came across a home we wanted to view in person. I actually just happened to book an appointment through Zillow before reaching out to any agent. Zillow assigned Justin to us and he promptly called us to setup a showing for the home as well as a couple others in the area. When we arrived to the first home, Justin was welcoming and open to sharing his knowledge of the Port Orange/New Smyrna area, which we GREATLY appreciated. Most importantly for us, Justin was very relaxed and not pushing anything upon us like many other realtors have done in the past. He really made you feel like you had a no pressure situation to evaluate each home, and was great about throwing his own two cents in as well. The home we initially setup to see was not the one we purchased, but after about 3 weeks later of waiting and searching, Justin found us our new home. He was able to get us in as one of the first showings, which enabled us to put a great opening offer on the home and have it accepted within 2 days after writing the offer. Justin was able to negotiate a good price and a concession for us that worked out perfectly.The post-purchase process was extremely easy and straight forward thanks to Justin. He has great mortgage banker and home insurance connections, knew exactly who to call regarding utilities, internet, etc. Most importantly for the pending process, he was VERY responsive and quick to give any suggestions. We are very grateful that Zillow put us in contact with Justin because things worked out perfectly the entire way through.
